Exploring the meaning of luxury, I chose coffee as my concept to best describe what it means to me.

I consider coffee a luxury because it is tailored to each individual's needs, it brings people together, and it gives comfort and satisfaction when consumed.

I translated my concept by staining fabric with different types of coffee (with milk and sugar, dark roast, light roast, espresso, americano etc...), as well as adding beads that resemble coffee beans, and crystals that remind of sugar. With those textiles I then created a capsule collection of simple but sophisticated designs.
